God’s Promises are True

Everything God promises will come true. If He says that He will bless you today, then you can rest assured that he will bless you. If he promises to keep you safe, then he will not let anything or anyone harm you. Trust him to keep his promises to you.

The Bible is filled with promises from God. These promises were not just recorded in the Bible to make you feel better, they are true. Believe in God when he says he will do something because it is against his nature to lie.

Here are five verses to encourage you to trust in God’s promises. Memorize them and trust in God to bring them to pass in your life.

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.1 Corinthians 1:20(NKJV)

Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10(NKJV)

You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Isaiah 21:6(NKJV)

 It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. Deuteronomy 21:8 (ESV)

The steps of a man are established by the Lord when he delights in his way. Psalm 37:23(ESV)

We thank you, Lord, because your promises are true. Help us not be anxious or doubtful but to rely on you to fulfill your purposes in our lives. Amen
