5 Verses on hope

How hopeful are you? Do life’s challenges make you lose hope sometimes? God knows that we often struggle to hold on to hope especially when faced with circumstances beyond us.

The Bible reminds us that we should hope in God because He is a present help to us in time of need. We all need encouragement in life. God’s Word offers us hope and encouragement especially in the seasons of our lives where we are downcast. There is need to be reminded that no situation is permanent, and that God is in control of everything.

When you need encouragement for your soul, turn to these Scriptures to offer you hope and encouragement.

Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you. Ephesians 1:18(ESV)

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. Hebrews 10:23(ESV)

And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. Romans 5:5(ESV)

Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you. Psalm 33:22(ESV)

Father thank you for reminding us that we can put our hope in you.We choose to rely on your promises today as they are yes and Amen. May you help us to rely on you always and not on our own understanding. Amen.
